Experienced Bakery Supervisor at Sunrise Universal Integrated Supermarket

Summary of Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent production of bread and other products at all times.
• Ensure compliance with relevant food processing regulations in the various sections of the bakery.
• Ensure the bakery environment meet maximum standard requirements in terms of display of items to encourage customer purchases
• Carry out regular monitoring of production materials and staff to avoid wastages.
• Monitor all operations equipment to avoid any brake down,
• Carry out regular stock/inventory reconciliation to avoid stock out.
• Carry out daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments i.e cash and electronics payment to ensure correctness of all transactions.
• Drive all subordinates to ensure exceptional customer services.

Academic Qualification and Skills

• OND or HND in Food and Beverages, Food Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in the same capacity.
• Good knowledge of recipe for different categories of bread or baking techniques.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
• Creative and Innovative mind.
• Ability to proactively meet demands and pressure of customers.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Computer savvy and ability to use Microsoft Office.
