    Experienced Sales Managers

    We are a multinational company, operational in 23+ countries. We are currently looking to hire candidates who will contribute maximum towards increasing and maintaining our company's sales and company-client relationships at a high standard.

    SCOPE OF POSITION: Responsible for acting as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring Sales, Customer satisfaction and Client Retention. Also expected to proactively address clients’ needs and facilitate the process from start to finish. Ultimately, the ideal candidate should be able to increase/contribute maximum in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

    The candidate should be fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

    BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

    • 4 - 7 years’ Sales experience in FMCG.
    • High level of sales & negotiation skills.
    • Profound knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
    • Highly proactive, creative and analytical orientation.
    • Hands-on manager with abilities to present and represent.
    • Flexible to travel and relocate as per company’s requirement.

    QUALIFICATION: 

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any course of study. Additional qualification will be an advantage.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage key accounts.
    • Act as the point of contact for clients.
    • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements.
    • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
    • Identify and win over new/potential customers.
    • Supervise sales account representatives.
    • Ensure budget and time requirements are met.
    • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
    • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
    • Communicate frequently and efficiently all related topics to the Line Manager.
