Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Facilities Manager at The Citron Hotel in Ibadan.
• The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of the hotel's facilities, including building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• They will ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, manage vendor relationships, and oversee facility improvements and renovations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in facilities management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certification in facilities management is a plus
