Facility Coordinator at Pearldrops Healthcare Staffing

Our client, a Fertility Clinic requires the services of suitable candidate  to fill the position below.

Job Description

• Oversee purchasing function; negotiate price, approving invoices quality and delivery.
• Oversee facility’s maintenance needs; supervises the maintenance and repair of the Company’s infrastructure.
• Manages the provision of general support services, including cleaning and upkeep of office premises.
• Ensure the availability of necessary supplies by identifying procurement needs of the facility.
• Ensure there is an effective communication system where needs are identified and options evaluated.
• Ensure all departments comply with the current healthcare laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to identify their issues and needs.
• Keep records of all expenses and recommend techniques to reduce costs.

Requirements

• BSc/ HND degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field.
• Good Management and Administrative Skills.
• Knowledge of accounting is an added advantage.
• Experience working or relating with any regulatory body such as NAFDAC is an advantage.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
