Facility Manager at Amy Consulting

Job Description:

• We are looking for a competent Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our restaurant.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facility management, ensuring our premises are safe, well-maintained, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance of the restaurant facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
• Ensure the restaurant is compliant with health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Coordinate and supervise cleaning and security staff 
• Handle facility-related emergencies and repairs in a timely manner
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets and expenses

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facility management
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and safety standards
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
