Factory Manager at Kimberly Ryan

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial engineering, or related fields
• 5- 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or in RPET
• Deep understanding of the recycling process, including sorting, washing, SSP, and reforming processes.
• Skilled in optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency, including familiarity with OEE, 5S methodology, and SMED.
• Expertise in quality control measures, understanding of statistical process control, and ability to implement CAPA (Process Capability Performance Index) effectively.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations applicable to the manufacturing and recycling of PET materials.
