    Field Marketer/Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • As a Customer Representative/Marketer, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interact with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about our products and services in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
    • Visit shipper's offices to onboard new shippers, explaining our services, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
    • Conduct field marketing activities to promote Bowmenn Trucking's services, including attending industry events, trade shows, and networking with potential clients.
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
    • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, preferences, and market trends to help shape our business strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle challenging customer situations with tact and empathy.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Patience and the ability to actively listen to customer concerns to provide appropriate solutions.
    • A "people-first" attitude, with a genuine desire to help and serve our customers.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing roles is preferred.
    • Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus.
