Field Sales Recruiter at AjoCard Limited

• We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Recruiter to join our growing team.
• As a Field Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, interviewing, and hiring sales officer and loan disbursement officers in large number.
• This role involves having a large network of secondary school leavers and low earn income earners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, including networking, visiting open markets and rural areas, and utilizing online resources.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidate information.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting techniques to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the field sales industry and its talent landscape.

Qualifications:

• OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for field sales roles.
• Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring sales agents
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in local English language
