    Finance Assistant

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to join our growing team. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, assisting with bookkeeping, and handling day-to-day accounting tasks. If you have a passion for numbers, excellent organizational skills, and are eager to develop your financial career, we would love to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping.
    • Process invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring proper documentation.
    • Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
    • Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
    • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
    • Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as needed.
    • Assist in managing expense reimbursements.
    • Help maintain and organize financial records for audits and tax purposes.
    • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors and customers, to resolve billing and payment inquiries.
    • Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
    • 1 year plus proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
    • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
