Finance Manager at CourierPlus

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc, M.Sc
• Must have ACCA or ICAN
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Previous work experience in a logistics company is an added advantage.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Define the financial management framework/ policies and performance management guidelines for Company.
• Manage the reporting of financial performance for the company.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, Banks, institutions and investment community.
• Advise EXCO on stakeholder relationship management as well as trends, issues and challenges.
• Establish investor relations strategy and set overall direction for the company.
• Provide credible point of contact for the global investment community, representing the company.
• Collaborate with Marketing Strategy functions to analyze financial models, assess financial reports and market opinion, monitor competitors and contribute to formulation of responses.
• Provides leadership and supervises the Finance Dept. to ensure that set goals and objectives are achieved.
• Perform other functions as assigned by the CEO/MD.
