    Financial Accounts Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
    • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
    • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
    • Reconcile bank statements with accounting software reports.
    • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports in Excel or PowerPoint.
    • Monitor and track expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.
    • Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
    • Manage operational expense accounts.

    Qualifications

    • HND or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
    • 1 - 3 years of experience working as an Accounts Officer in a local pharmacy setting.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
    • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
    • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and drug sales a strong plus.
