Fleet Manager at AA Rescue

Job description

• He will be responsible for analyzing fleet requirements and recommend vehicle types, source and purchase/lease vehicles, negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers.
• He will Schedule and track maintenance, repairs, and servicing. while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and manage relationships with service provider
• He will assign and manage vehicle usage, monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and driver behavior, and implement fuel management systems.
• He will be in-charge of drivers management, ensuring driver training and compliance with company policies, monitor driver performance and safety records. and also manage driver communications.
• Develop and enforce fleet safety policies, ensure regulatory compliance (licensing, insurance, etc.) and conduct regular safety audits.
• He will be in charge of budgeting and Cost Control, management of fleet budget and expenses, analyze cost savings opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies.
• He will track and analyze fleet performance metrics, provide regular reports to management and Identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3years of fleet management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
• Certification in fleet management (e.g., CAFM, CPM).
