Job Description

• The role will be handling setting the strategy for the company and sister companies in the region on the long-run and the short-run leading the strategic decision in the corporation on a regional and country level.
• The role will handling the strategic evaluation of the company in each market and how to penetrate new markets.
• The Role will lead the performance development of the company and the sister companies with the franchises heads.
• The role will be handling the allignment between the departments and companies under the umbrella and leading the strategy for the organization. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree essential.
• Masters or MBA is A HUGE PLUS
• +12 years of Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Strategy/Marketing/Business Development/Consultancy related areas
• Ex-consulting experience a plus
• Proven leadership trajectory and influencing a senior leadership team.
• Fluency in English is A MUST.
