    Front Desk Officer

    Salary: 130-150,000
    Experience: 2-3 years in the healthcare industry

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, attending to patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all visitors and clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
    • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up calls.
    • Provide information to patients and visitors regarding services, procedures, and appointment details.
    • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable, with all necessary materials readily available.
    • Handle patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate healthcare professionals or departments.
    • Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
    • Assist with billing inquiries and basic administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and adhere to healthcare policies and regulations.
    • Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal service delivery.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a healthcare front desk or administrative role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a patient-centric approach.
    • Familiarity with healthcare management software and appointment scheduling systems.
    • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
