    Front Desk Officer

    Requirements:

    • Degree in customer relations or any other related field
    • 2-3 years proven work experience in customer service or similar role
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Technologically savvy
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
    • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, G Suite
    • Proactive and adaptable with the ability to multitask
    • Self-motivator, self-starter
    • Fluent in Hausa added advantage
