    Front Desk Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, and reservations, and providing information about products or services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
    • Handle reservations, bookings, or orders
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally
    • Manage administrative tasks, including record keeping and filing
    • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area

    Job Qualifications

    • OND / HND / B.Sc
    • 1 year experience
    • Good communication skills.
