We are hiring for the position of a front desk receptionist / Office secretary.
Applicant must be resident in Lekki axis of Lagos, must be a dedicated person with real zeal to work and must be ready to resume work immediately.
Job Description
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondences within the office.
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
Typing, preparing and collating documents and reports.
Managing databases within the office space.
Logging of invoices and processing bills or expenses.
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted.
Increasing awareness of the brand.
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems for the development of the company.
Supporting other staffs and facilitating the completion of regular office tasks.
Conducting research (within skills and expertise) to assist with projects or inquiries.
Performing other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested, which may include recordkeeping, managing petty cash, maintaining office supplies and coordinating equipment maintenance, and handling packages and correspondence.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements
BSc./BA./HND. in office administration or any field.
Excellent knowledge of MS office suite usage.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A good team player with good organizational skills.
Minimum of 2 years work experience.
Awareness of real estate trends and market will be an added advantage.
Good usage skills of social media platforms will be an extra advantage.
