    GM Business Development

    MAIN FUNCTIONS:

    • Develop and execute the company’s business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansions.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
    • Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate with clients and partners.
    • Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and terms with clients and partners, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
    • Monitor and track business development activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals, providing regular updates to senior management.
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
