    GM Business Development

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
    • Set objectives and key results for the team to achieve business objectives
    • Plan and manage the department’s budget 
    • Drive the team to achieve the department’s revenue target

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales.
    • Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
    • ⁠Background in oil and gas or energy sector 
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
    • Experience in relevant industries preferred
    • MBA or masters in management sciences
    • Membership of relevant associations in the oil and gas industry
