Graduate Trainee - Internal Sales and Business Development at Limeswood Int'l Company

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Learn and implement strategies for lead generation and follow-up to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks.
• Utilize Excel extensively to organize and manage large data set.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotional materials to support sales initiatives
• Source potential vendors and suppliers, conducting negotiations to secure the best prices and terms for the company.
• Manage house accounts, generating leads and diligently following up to convert them into purchase orders.

SKIILS AND QUALIFICATION.

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and effectively utilize new technologies and software as required by the role.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret technical data and generate actionable insights to support business development efforts.
