    Graphic Designer

    Job Overview

    • The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual assets(creatives, motion graphics, & videos) that effectively communicate LifeBank product offerings, projects, & initiatives, to its customers, & stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce visually captivating assets, including creatives, motion graphics, and videos, aimed at effectively communicating LifeBank's product offerings, projects, and initiatives to customers and stakeholders.
    • Develop visually engaging motion graphics and video content that align with LifeBank's brand identity and messaging, ensuring consistency and clarity in communication.
    • Produce high-quality creatives and visual assets for various communication channels, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns, to enhance engagement and promote LifeBank's offerings effectively.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver visual solutions that meet or exceed expectations, while adhering to brand guidelines and project timelines.
    • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of multimedia assets produced for LifeBank.
    • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for multimedia content that align with LifeBank's objectives and target audience preferences.

    Requirements
    Educational Qualifications:

    • BSc or HND in Graphic Design or related fields.
    • Qualifications in Visual Design & Video Editing are a great advantage.

    Experience:

    • 4-6 years of proven experience in graphic design with a focus on multimedia content creation, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CorelDraw, and other multimedia tools.
    • Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams.
    • Sound experience in video production is an added advantage.

    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

    • The role primarily operates in an office setting.
    • Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
    • Collaboration with cross-functional teams within LifeBank is essential.

    Reporting Structure:

    • The graphic designer will report to the Marketing Lead
