    Growth Marketing Manager

    Role Overview:

    • We are looking for driven passionate problem solvers and self-starters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing ecosystem growth strategies and campaigns, to drive growth with the aim to engage and attracts Users

    What you’ll do:

    • Gain a deep understanding of target audiences and craft both proven and innovative strategies to drive growth.
    • Leverage and grow the community in creative ways to drive high-quality growth.
    • Collaborating with content strategists to execute campaigns for product launches and feature releases.
    • Create and execute ecosystem growth strategies and campaigns, in collaboration with Developer Relations, to engage and attract users.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy that leverages our product as the primary driver of acquisition and retention
    • Own and establish MQLs and PQLs pipelines by collaborating with Sales and Product
    • Develop product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, sales, and engineering to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned with business goals and customer needs
    • Analyze channel data and conversion metrics and identify opportunities.
    • Develop and implement metrics-driven experiments to test and validate growth hypotheses.
    • Work closely with the product team to ensure that our product is meeting the needs of our customers and driving growth
    • Identify and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and upselling/cross-selling

    What you’ll need (Requirements):

    • 4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue for seed stage, pre-revenue, B2B Enterprise SaaS company
    • 2+ years of growth marketing preferably at a tech company
    • You have working knowledge in campaign set-up, audience development, and full-funnel testing in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
    • Familiarity with Product-Led-Growth (PLG) strategies and principles
    • You are an expert in Google Analytics and other data platforms to tell a clear, compelling story about marketing results.
    • Good grasp and ability to execute all core areas of marketing including Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Content Marketing
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry
