    Head of Finance

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the finance and accounts department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Oversee financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support the company's strategic objectives.
    • Provide leadership in administrative and support services, ensuring smooth daily operations across all departments.
    • Develop and implement effective financial policies, procedures, and controls to maintain financial discipline and optimize resource utilization.
    • Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and transparency.
    • Manage the company’s financial risk and develop strategies to enhance financial performance.
    • Oversee administrative tasks, including office management, procurement, and facilities management, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 12-15 years of professional experience in finance, preferably with experience in a bank or financial institution.
    • Strong understanding of finance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
    • Proven experience in administrative management, with a strong grasp of administrative functions and best practices.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
