    Head of Human Resources / Admin

    About the job

    • We are searching for a driven and strategic Head of HR & Administration to join our growing team. In this combined role, you'll wear two hats: leading our HR initiatives and overseeing key administrative functions.
    • You'll be responsible for shaping our talent strategy, fostering a culture of employee engagement, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with our business goals.
    • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
    • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Champion a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
    • Manage all HR administration functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and recordkeeping.
    • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
    • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to leadership and employees.
    • Oversee key administrative functions, including facilities management, IT support, and office operations.
    • Interface with HODS to ensure learning interventions close the competency gaps identified in various departments.
    • Oversee physical security measures, including access control, surveillance systems, alarm systems, and perimeter security, to prevent unauthorized access.
    • Provide support as needed to resolve issues related with employee disciplinary issues, employee termination, or other HR-related issues (Disciplinary Committee).
    • Liaise with line managers to understand their manpower need and deploy necessary Learning interventions to address it.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • 10+ years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, with 4 - 6 years of that in a senior management position
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
    • Strong understanding of employment law and compliance regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • A passion for building and maintaining a positive company culture.
    • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) a plus.
    • Excellent Computer and presentation skills.
    • Excellent team management skills
