    Head of IT/Digital Marketing

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement an IT strategy that supports the organization’s digital marketing, branding, and communication goals
    • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure IT initiatives enhance digital marketing efforts, such as website optimization, SEO, and content distribution
    • Ensure seamless integration of marketing platforms with business intelligence tools and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making
    • Stay updated on trends and innovations in marketing technologies to continuously improve the company’s digital marketing capabilities
    • Manage the organization’s website infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and user experience
    • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all dealings, both personal and professional
    • A proactive attitude and ability to find solutions to problems as they arise
    • Oversee the integration of analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
    • Ensure the company’s digital platforms support consistent branding across websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising channels

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
    • Ability to align IT strategies with the broader goals of digital marketing, branding, and content creation
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.)
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data analytics tools to drive insights from marketing data
