    Head of Marketing

    Job Summary/Objective: 

    • The Head of Sales and Marketing at Deda Hospital is responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing strategies to ensure the growth and profitability of the hospital.
    • This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, driving sales initiatives, managing the sales and marketing team, and enhancing the hospital's brand presence in the healthcare sector.
    • The Head of Sales and Marketing will work closely with the executive team to align marketing strategies with the hospital’s objectives and drive patient acquisition and retention.

    Responsibilities/Duties: 

    • Develop and implement the hospital’s sales and marketing strategy to meet organizational goals.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and trends.
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing activities.
    • Drive sales initiatives to increase patient acquisition and hospital revenue.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
    • Oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
    • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share insights, and strategize.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, partners, and referral sources.
    • Monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
    • Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to sales and marketing activities.
    • Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance.
    • Provide regular updates and recommendations to the Senior Management team.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing and sales strategies.

    Minimum Required Experience:

    • 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry
