Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the school.
• Engages in the review, planning, implementation, and monitoring of the curriculum.
• Formulates and implements school improvement and growth strategies.
• Responsible for implementing a high standard of staff and student discipline in accordance with the schools' policy.
• Engages in monitoring, supervision, and performance of staff.
• Monitors the preparation and implementation of the school's budget.
• Engages in accurate record keeping of all academic and administrative processes.
•   Manages the school's relationship with all stakeholders.

Minimum Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree in education from a recognized institution. M.Ed is an added advantage.

Experience: A minimum of 4 years experience as Head of School/Senior academic leadership or supervisory position.

Salary Range: NGN120,000-150,000 monthly.
