Job Description

• We seek to hire a highly motivated and dynamic school leader as Head of Secondary, to resume with effect from August 2022.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful leadership experience in an international school as Principal/Head of School/Director.
• A strong knowledge of British and international secondary curricula and pastoral strategies
• Able to show evidence of a good experience of leadership in previous roles.
• Competency in areas such as IT, budgeting, personnel development and information systems.
• Confident understanding and experience of IGCSE, as well as a good grounding in the English National Curriculum, is essential.
• Experience of working within a private school setting would also be an advantage.
• The vision and experience required to articulate and further develop the model of a successful international school.
