Job Summary

As our Head Retail/SME, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving business development within the Retail and SME segments of the bank. You will be tasked with the strategic planning, implementation, and execution of growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Retail and SME teams in developing and executing strategies that promote the growth of these business units.
• Continuously monitor the performance of Retail and SME banking segments against set targets, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Identify risks in the Retail and SME banking operations and implement effective mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Work closely with the product development team to enhance existing products and services, while innovating new solutions tailored to customer needs in the Retail and SME sectors.

Requirements

• BSc in a relevant field from a reputable institution, MBA or professional certification (ACIB, CFA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Retail or SME banking
• Proven experience in developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth.
