The Head Teacher will:

• Createan academic programme for students that meets national and intenational standards.
• Workclosely and communicatewith students’ parents,
• Helpassess students’ needs and development.
• Select, train, supportand assessstaff.
• Providguidance to staff to help resolve issues with students.
• Usedata to track student performance and produce reports.
• Workwith external advisors and school governors.
• Ensure the safety of all children in the institution/programme

• B.ed/P.G.D.E/M.ed with 5 years work experience.
