• In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring junior sales staff, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales target.
• Lead, mentor, and train junior sales representatives to improve performance and meet targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports & forecasts
• At least 5 years of proven experience small home appliance sales.
• Candidates with an established network of dealers or customers and strong existing relationships will have a distinct advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
