    Hotel Housekeeping Manager

    Job Summary:

    • Maison Fahrenheit Hotel is seeking an experienced and innovative Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure that our guests experience the highest level of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.
    • The ideal candidate will not only have strong managerial skills but will also bring fresh ideas to enhance guest satisfaction and exceed cleanliness standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are immaculate at all times.
    • Develop and implement creative strategies to consistently improve cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring efficient performance and high morale.
    • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas, ensuring they meet our luxury hotel standards.
    • Implement guest feedback and suggest innovative ways to improve the housekeeping experience.
    • Maintain and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, with a focus on ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
    • Collaborate with other hotel departments, ensuring seamless guest services.
    • Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager, with at least 3-5 years in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
    • Demonstrated ability to innovate and bring new ideas to enhance guest experiences.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in housekeeping management systems and software is an advantage.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
