    HR / Admin Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s goals.
    • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
    • Manage employee performance evaluation, development, and training programs.
    • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee benefits and compensation
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
    • Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    • Prepare and manage budgets for the HR and administrative departments.
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of company vehicles.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resource management.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A good knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
    • Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
    • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and learn new things quickly.
