    HR / Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of HR/Administrator. This position plays a crucial role in supporting both the Human Resources and Administrative functions of the school.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Human Resources:

    • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for faculty and administrative staff.
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
    • Support HR-related activities, including performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
    • Coordinate training and professional development initiatives for staff.

    Administration:

    • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
    • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for school staff and visitors.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
    • Handle general inquiries and provide administrative support to various departments.

    Communication and Coordination:

    • Serve as a liaison between staff and the HR department, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination of administrative tasks.
    • Prepare and distribute internal communications related to HR and administrative matters.

    Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports related to HR and administrative activities.

    Employee Relations:

    • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving employee concerns.
    • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities.
    • Assist in the implementation of employee recognition programs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles, preferably in an international educational setting.
    • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • PHRI or other relevant HR certifications is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
