    HR / Admin Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Admin Officer to join our team in Ikorodu.
    • The ideal candidate will have one year of experience in Human Resource Management and will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.

    Role Responsibilities
    Documentation Onboarding:

    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, assist in creating and maintaining employee personnel files and HR database.

    Employee Relations:

    • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events, such as team- building exercises and recognition programs. (Birthday shout-out, Posting Employee of the month etc)
    • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as instructed from the Head, HR through the HR Officer.

    Training and Development:

    • Assist in tracking(Filing) employee training and development activities and maintaining training records.

    HR Administration:

    • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
    • Assist in compiling HR metrics and reports for analysis and decision-making purposes

    Qualifications
    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • 1 year of experience in Human Resource Management or a similar role.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Passion for Human Resource Management
    • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
