    HR Associate Consultant

    Job Description

    • This role is responsible for project administration for the firm, to gain staff efficiencies and brand equity and financial growth, through effective project planning and implementation monitoring for all in-house HR-related projects; Managing of In-house staff to ensure Brand maximization in the industry.
    • Also, the Job bearer will manage clients’ contacts as well as contract administration for clients.  The role bearer will coordinate with Executive management   to review best in-house practices for managing job effectiveness and organizational culture alongside:
    • Managing of clients directly for all new briefs and maintaining regular feedback while maintaining good customer  management
    • Briefs will include recruitment, training and HR administration briefs .
    • Plan for company’s financial success
    • Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
    • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
    • Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
    • Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
    • Preparing financial projections and sales targets.
    • Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
    • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
    • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
    • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
    • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
    • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
    • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
    • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
    • Monitoring Staff operations in the absence of the managing consultant to ensure the effective running of operations and meeting of deadlines

    Requirements                 

    • 5 years post NYSC in social science or law fieldHR experience with at least 2 years of Recruitment experiencePast  client management /project management experience
    • Consulting Background In HR firm
