• In this position, you will oversee documentation, interview management, record-keeping, HR management of social media platforms, shift allocations, client management, and other HR-related duties as assigned.
• Your responsibilities will also include recruitment, on boarding, training and development, employee relations, performance management, HR consulting, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
• Your focus will be on fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, professional growth, and client management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Professional Qualification:

• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHRi, GPHR) is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience as HR Officer.
• Proven experience working in HR roles
