    HR Recruiter

    Job Summary:

    The HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to meet organizational staffing needs. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:

    • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
    • Use online platforms, social media, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards) to source candidates.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to determine candidates' qualifications and suitability.

    Candidate Management:

    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Manage candidate communications and provide feedback in a timely manner.

    Collaborating with Departments:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, timelines, and specific job requirements.
    • Provide guidance on best recruitment practices and market trends.
    • Assist in developing recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions.

    Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding:

    • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
    • Created and managed job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Leverage social media and other marketing strategies to enhance employer branding.

    Database & Reporting:

    • Maintain a candidate database and build a pipeline of potential future hires.
    • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
    • Provide reports on recruiting activities to HR management.

    Onboarding & Employee Integration:

    • Facilitate onboarding by coordinating with internal teams for new hire documentation and training.
    • Ensure a smooth transition of selected candidates into the company.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of HR software.
    • Familiarity with job boards and professional networks.
    • Hands-on experience with recruitment marketing tools and techniques.
    • Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
