    Human Resource / Administrative Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
    • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
    • Manage employee performance appraisal, development, and training programs.
    • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
    • Develop and implement employee compensation and benefits packages.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
    • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the agency.
    • Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and clients.
    • Handle office correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
    • Manage office budgets and expenses.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HR management software and systems.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Microsoft and PowerPoint skills are essential
    • Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
    • Knowledge of ticketing systems and travel industry regulations isanadvantage.
