    Human Resource Business Partner

    The Role

    • This is a multifaceted role that partners with business leaders to design and deploy HR strategies focused on talent management, business intelligence, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, people management, policy and procedural formulation and people engagement.
    • The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, have a strong grasp of policies, best practices and its application, be able to influence, and drive effective work relationships across the organization.

    To be successful in this role, you will need to

    • Understand business goals, priorities and be able to develop and implement HR solutions that drive these agenda.
    • Use data driven recommendations to help business leaders effectively manage people for success.
    • Possess a hands-on approach.
    • Be experienced and comfortable and with a rapidly changing work environment.
    • Be comfortable with challenging the status quo.

    What You Will Do

    • Create and drive effective people programs focused on development,employee relations, retention and reward programs.
    • Use knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate decisions that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.
    • Drive the integration of people's best practices into work and business planning.
    • Analyse and present data, recommend solutions that support HR strategy and company culture
    • Provide guidance on HR matters, ensuring fair policy and procedural application
    • Provide coaching, guidance and mentorship at management level.
    • Drive performance and a positive workplace culture.

    What We’re Looking for In the Ideal Candidate

    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, HR management, or a relevant field.
    • At least 5 years HRBP experience.
    • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organisation to achieve results.
    • Good experience leading and motivating a team for high performance.
    • Knowledge of policy formulation, labor act, regulations and compliance standards.
    • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
    • Proficient knowledge of People analytics reporting.
    • Entrepreneurial approach to resolutions.
    • Flair for building a high-performance team.
