    Human Resource Manager

    Our client, a leading mortgage bank, is committed to providing exceptional financial solutions and services to their clients. They are looking for a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee the human resources operations of our mortgage bank.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the bank’s goals.
    • Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent.
    • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
    • Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and labor laws.
    • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including pension and health insurance.
    • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Conduct periodic performance evaluations and ensure proper succession planning.
    • Provide guidance to senior management on HR-related issues and initiatives.
    • Oversee HR budgeting and reporting to the executive team.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is an added advantage.
    • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, banking regulations, and HR best practices.
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
    • Proven experience with HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
    • Exceptional communication and people management skills.
