JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION

• Assist in recruitment by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Onboard new hires and manage employee records.
• Support payroll by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.
• Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
• Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company standards.

QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-2 years of HR experience or internships.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR software tools.
