    Human Resources Business Partner

    Job Purpose

    • The HR Business Partner (HRBP) would be responsible for the supervision and management of all Personnel Under Management (PUM or Outsourced Staff), ensure that staff documentation is collated in time and in accordance with company policy, work hand in hand with Business Development (BD) to determine Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the client, and prepare monthly variation to assist payroll processes.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Drive the end-to-end recruitment processes of all PUMs
    • Preparation of weekly reports, staff exit, and sending of activity reports to clients under management on a monthly basis
    • Assess suitable candidates to determine cultural fit
    • Ensure invoice payments to clients under management are collated within a specific timeline
    • Manage staff leave process.
    • Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

    Job Requirement

    • B.Sc./HND with a minimum of Second Class Lower/Upper Credit in Social Sciences or Business related discipline
    • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience
    • Robust knowledge of employee relations
    • Excellent people management skills and policy development
    • Strong networking skills and familiarity with recruitment research and planning
    • Familiarity with Labour Laws and Agreement
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office packages with Advanced Excel skills
