    Human Resources Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Focus on aligning Human Resources and Administration management plan with the quality management system, strategic plan, business goals and objectives.
    • Conduct Job Analysis, Recruitment and Selection, Hiring of competent employees, On-boarding and orientating new hires to fit into the corporate norms and culture.
    • Provide training programs and career opportunities for all employees to ensure they excel and progress in their various job roles.
    • Evaluate and manage employee performance regularly to ensure productivity and career advancement.
    • Provide Compensation and Rewards for all employees (monetary and non-monetary); ensure full compliance with the Nigeria Labour Laws and remittance of all statutory deductions to the Regulatory Institutions.
    • Provide Succession planning scheme and ensure Safety and Health measures.
    • Provide a seamless employee exit and a retirement entitlement plan
    • Review and update all HR Policies regularly in line with the quality objectives.
    • To maintain facilities and supervise activities that includes record-keeping and office management.
    • Responsible for creating and communicating the right public image to internal and external customers, through social and printed media campaigns designed to reach investors, employees, customers, government agencies and other stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
