    Industrial and Technical Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial and Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Lagos.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales of renewable energy products, including UPS systems, solar panels, and inverters.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in PV solar and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the renewable energy sector.

    Responsibilities
    Sales and Business Development:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial and technical sectors.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on PV solar, UPS systems, and inverters.
    • Conduct site assessments and analyze customer requirements to propose suitable solutions.
    • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends in renewable energy.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and after-sales support.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

    Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and market trends.

    Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the senior management team.
    • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and business plans.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the renewable energy sector, specifically with PV solar, UPS systems, and inverters.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy products and solutions.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Ability to travel within Lagos and occasionally to other regions as required.
