    Information Technology Specialist

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist at Kakanfo Inn and Conference Centre located in Ibadan.
    • The specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service support for IT-related issues.

    Qualifications

    • Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
    • Information Technology and Network Security knowledge
    • Customer Service experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Experience with hospitality industry technology is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
