Infrastructure Support (Team Lead) at Prudential Zenith Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of infrastructure team tasks.
• IT Projects management activities.
• Email account creation for users (FLAI Staff. Contract staff. FSEs, Agents)
• Installation, configuration, and deployment of systems, IP phones. printers and other network devises
• Granting of 'Rrmissions to new and existing staff on Active directory
• End user Support (fixing users logon issues. system issues. network issues. browser proxy issues. printing or scanning issues, email issues, password reset. application issues etc).
• Prompt ressxjnse to all IT incidents and requests made via Service desk portal orland emails such as (Toners. Systems troubleshoot, network issues. server issues etc)
• Set up and rtE1intenance Of Switches and router's Hub management (Annex) CCTV managernent Servers' installatim, configuration. and rnanagement.
• Active directory administration and nmagement (creation of users, distribution groups. security groups). 0365 Adrninistratjon and Management
• Network monitoring and security Server room management (Head Office)
• Ensuring the security of equipment's and items in the server room/ IT store.
• Procurement of IT equipment.
• Maintenance of computer systerns and network System and network troubleshooting
• Ensuring hitch-free login for all users
• Providing technical support across the company Exchange Admin
• Equipment repair and replacement as necessary. Staff training

Qualifications:

• BSc Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or any other related field (minimum of second class lower)

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience

Knowledge

• project Management Professional (PMP).
• Knowledge of Server promotion to Configure AD.
• DHCP and DNS
• Knowledge of modern IT networking
• Knowledge of system installation, config and support
• Project Management
• Knowledge of Azure cloud solution
