    Internal Sales and Business Development Manger

    Job Summary

    • The Internal Sales and Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
    • This individual will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, building strong relationships with clients, and closing sales deals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively seek out and generate new sales leads.
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
    • Develop and submit quotations to customers and diligently follow up to nurture potential leads into successful sales.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
    • Lead the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, RFQs, and DRFQs in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines
    • Assess potential clients to determine their needs and fit with our products or services.
    • Enable competitive offer submissions by strategically managing the procurement process.
    • Manage house accounts, generating leads and diligently following up to convert them into purchase orders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record in internal sales and business development.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
    • Proximity to the Island is recommended.
