Inventory Control Officer at Greenpak Specialties Limited

General Description [Weekly/quarterly duties]

• Supervision and controlling of warehouses in SABO and JIBOWU
• Receives finished product from factory and confirm that products received match with items listed in production delivery note and waybills
• Releases raw material to factory operators for use
• Receives goods supplied for production and packaging materials which should be duly counted.
• Prepare goods received notes for all supplied materials for production.
• Confirm availability of products to regional customer service officer
• Supervise activities of loading and offloading shipment both from regions and from the suppliers respectively.
• Daily reconciliation of issued waybills with sales/customer service Officer
• Receiving products returned from region after proper verification of attached waybills from the region and take immediate necessary action on the products and report any variance to Account Inventory Executive
• Weekly report of  expire product, slow moving product and stock out product to Account Inventory Executive
