Introduction:
The Grassroots Initiative for Strengthening Community Resilience (GISCOR), a leading non-governmental organization (NGO) in Nigeria, invites proposals from qualified bidders. GISCOR is seeking suppliers for Dignity Kits, Non-Food Items (NFI) Kits, Psychosocial Support (PSS) Kits, and Start-up Kits across its project locations in the North East and North West regions of Nigeria. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any questions regarding this tender must be submitted to procurement@giscor.org before the submission deadline. GISCOR reserves the right to share any material questions and their corresponding answers with all prospective vendors.
GISCOR accepts both physical and online submissions. For online submissions, please send your proposals to procurement@giscor.org.
Physical submissions must be placed in sealed envelopes, with separate envelopes for financial and technical responses. These should be deposited in the Tender-Specific Box at the submission location.
The bidder's representative must ensure that a receipt is obtained and that the tender is recorded in the tender-specific logbook.
